In Quiet Company App Privacy Policy

The Creativez Space ("we," "us," or "our") operates the In Quiet Company mobile application (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the App, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

• Account information if you create an account

• Votes submitted through the App

• Information you voluntarily provide through the App

Because the App is built and hosted using Wix technology, certain information may also be processed by Wix as part of providing the App and its related services. Wix's own privacy practices are described in the Wix Privacy Policy.

• Process and count live audience votes

• Help prevent duplicate or fraudulent voting

• Provide access to content from previous In Quiet Company events

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Live Voting

The App allows audience members to participate in voting during In Quiet Company events.

Information associated with a vote may be used to verify that votes are valid, prevent duplicate voting, and calculate the Crowd Favorite results.

Voting results may be displayed publicly or announced during the event.

4. Photos, Videos, and Event Content

The App may provide photographs, videos, interviews, performances, and other content related to In Quiet Company and The Creativez Space.

Some content may include performers, event participants, staff, or audience members.

5. Sharing of Information

We may use third-party technology providers, including Wix, to host, operate, secure, and support the App.

Information may also be shared when necessary to:
